Cancellation Policy
All cancellation requests must be in writing and submitted no later than May 10, 2018. All cancellations are subject to a $50 processing fee. Only medical cancellations will be accepted after May 10, 2018. A 50 percent medical refund can be obtained after that time only for the rider with a medical condition. A request for a medical refund must be in writing, accompanied by a physician’s note.
